On July 22, Manege will premiere the film Dürer. In Focus, with guest Christof Metzger, Head Curator at the Albertina Museum (Vienna, Austria).
Christof will discuss Dürer’s drawings and explain why they are unique. He will also invite attendees to see what lies inside the closed storerooms at the Albertina Museum. We will discuss how Dürer differs from other artists and how he managed to change the course of the history of art.
A Q & A session will follow the film, where Christof will take questions from the audience.
Ksenia Malich, architectural historian and candidate in art studies at the Higher School of Economics National Research University, will moderate the discussion.
Those who wish to attend must first register here. Due to the epidemiological situation, Manege must limit the number of attendees.
