On June 27, 2017 Manege Central Exhibition hall reopened after a massive renovation. Its earlier display was replaced with a new exhibition: Contemporary Russian Artists and Participants of the Venice Biennale.
Friends and Partners joined Manege in its celebration of the reopening anniversary and the new program.
Misha Mishchenko, one of the pioneers of the neoclassical movement in Russia, headlined the event. Misha composed music for a number of independent movies, collaborated with Benjamin Clementine, ?lafur Arnalds, the M?m and Blue Foundation bands, with poet Akh Astakhova, singer MANIZHA and others.
Misha Mishchenko performs in bars and in the streets just as often as in Tchaikovsky Concert Hall and Moscow International Performing Arts Center. That’s the reason his audience is truly dedicated. And Misha enjoys the vastest geography of his concerts: CIS countries, Europe and Asia.
At Manege's celebratory evening, Misha performed a unique solo on the piano that included piece from his Piano album and new improvs.
