We invite you to take part in a new experimental way of interacting with art – moving mediation! Unlike the typical art mediation, with discussion and a search for meanings, in a moving mediation the visitor also works with his or her body – finding balance and learning to listen to oneself and one’s tactile sensations. It is away of studying the exhibition space and finding one’s place in it, of expressing one’s impressions through movement. Mediation participants will be able to use all the knowledge they gain in the session when interacting with contemporary art in the future.

Independent artist, performer, and physical theatre director Alyona Ageyeva will conduct Manege’s moving mediation. The schedule for upcoming moving mediations will be published on our website and social media pages. Check back for updates!

Please note that this format will not provide you with comprehensive information about the exhibition, artists, and works. After the mediation participants may want to examine the exhibition independently.

The price for each participant in the moving mediation is 1000 roubles, which includes entry to the exhibition. The maximum number of participants in each group is 5, and the mediation will last at least 1.5 hours. There are no discounts available.
