On Friday 19 October, Manege, in partnership with Finnish supermarket chain PRISMA, will host a meeting of the international project, CreativeMornings. At this meeting, Sani Kontula-Webb, director of the Finnish Institute in St. Petersburg, will talk about why the Finish worldview has become so popular all over the world and what made Finland the happiest country, why Finns practice the concept of sisu and kaisariani and what that means, and also what connects Finland and St. Petersburg.
All guests will receive a free breakfast; breakfast begins at 8:30 and lecture begins at 9:00. All CreativeMorning lectures have been and will remain free, however registration is required--seats are limited. Link to registration.
CreativeMornings is a noncommercial, international project of open lectures that take place over breakfast.
