Art goes far beyond museums and art galleries; today there are almost no doubts that street art movement is an integral part of the urban environment. However, legitimization of placement of new artistic forms and their integration into the cultural space of the city is still a relevant issue. In the course of the discussion, authorities and artists will discuss whether it is possible to introduce works in the city, so that they could remain true art.
Representatives of federal authorities and city administrations will discuss where street art is appropriate in the urban environment and what a perfect formula of coexistence for authorities and artists is. Artists in their turn will tell about their experience of creating works in the streets and explain why street art strives for recognition today.
